A short drive from the lodge, within Chaminuka Nature Reserve, Chaminuka Bushcamp is a lot more basic. Simple thatched chalets have mosquito nets and an en-suite shower and toilet. Outside there's usually a campfire, a raised lookout mound and a dining area under thatch, with open sides. It's very much like a small Luangwa bushcamp, and activities are as flexible as for the main lodge.
