The National Sports Development Centre has Lusaka's cheapest and best squash courts (glass-backed) here, as well as tennis courts and a bar. The bigger hotels have their own fitness suites, and options have been increased with the opening of the ten-pin bowling centre at the Arcades. The city's Municipal Olympic-sized swimming pool on Nangwenya Road, near the International School, is usually open between October and April. Entry is around US$1 per person.
