On the east side of the city, close to Kabulonga shopping centre, Belvedere stands at the corner of Leopards Hill and Chindo roads. Rooms are small, uninspiring and outdated – though fairly clean. Each has a fan, and an en-suite toilet and bathroom. It is often booked up by visiting officials, so if you plan to stay here ring ahead to see if there is space before you arrive.
