Near the roundabout of Haile Selassie Av and Los Angeles Bd, the Ndeke is an old hotel with a somewhat institutional feel, despite its general cleanliness and highly polished floors, and a friendly enough welcome.

The rooms all have en-suite toilets and baths, and the doubles have TVs. At the front is a slightly sunken dining area with a lounge and TV above; outside in the courtyard there's a pool table. Lunch and dinner are available for Kw16,000–20,000.
