This is actually split into two, with the main guesthouse at 20 Pamo Avenue, and an annexe at 14 Mpezeni Avenue.

The main location has ten double rooms, whilst the annexe has four at the moment, and five being built. (There's also a conference room and business centre being added.) All the rooms have satellite TV, minibar/fridges and telephones (though those in the annexe cannot make outgoing calls.)

The site already has a swimming pool, with jumping castle and even water slides for kids, set in attractive, established gardens. Airport transfers to/from Ndola, Chingola and Kitwe can be organised for around Kw75,000 per person. Lunch and dinner are available: starters around Kw6,000–9,000, main courses Kw18,000–22,000 and sweets Kw4,000–9,000
