From the centre of town, head towards Lusaka up the main road to the top of the hill. Just past the water tower, you will see several guesthouses in a row, including Namel's on the left, clearly signposted on the wall. Recently built, this clean guest lodge offers en-suite rooms, each equipped with safe deposit boxes, coffee/tea-making facilities, fridge, satellite TV and air conditioning. There's a good swimming pool in the grounds, and 24-hour.security is provided in the ample parking area. Namel's caters to Lusaka business travellers, but is also a good choice for couples and families with their own transport. Rooms at the back are the best and quietest. Lunch and dinner are not offered, but self-catering facilities are available for a nominal charge.
